Preview special exhibition 2015
The next special exhibition "COMES TIME - COMES BIKE" will show the first 100 years of the bike's history (1820-1920).
The long-term exhibition is leading the visitors in a icy time with the first tracks of people and the Ice Age animals of the region. In the hall "coat of arms" the big and valueable fossil collection is showed with its more than 235 million old, world-famous sea-dinosaur "Omphalosaurus Wolfi". Next to the lightet world of minerals, the museum is presenting one of the most important clock-collections with more than 130 neck,- pocket- and table clocks/watches between the years 1550 and 1900. An unforgetable adventure for everybody.
